My family has been using Carson Physical Therapy for years. My wife has had several joint replacement surgeries that required therapy for recuperation. My son had foot surgery that required therapy. Now I have a really sore hip and my doctor recommended therapy. I would not consider going to another clinic. The staff is highly skilled, very caring and thorough. The clinic is well managed, always clean and appointments run pretty close to schedule. All of our expectations have been met and more.

Had a rather nasty shoulder surgery. This was the 3rd. Not a pleasant experience to have to go through but it sure helps to have an outstanding team to go through it with! If you assemble a team of people, to surround yourself with in an event like this, do you want mediocre? No way! You want the best. Since I was not from the area, I was steered to Carson by my surgeon. I had two very good physical therapists for my prior two surgeries. Carson worked for me like a well-oiled machine. Every person I worked with, from start to finish, was an experienced professional but still had enough of a sense of humor to help me laugh through the tougher stuff. My recovery has been going much more smoothly than expected and, from their expert advice, I am getting my range of motion back much more quickly than the prior two times. Holly started me off with an all-inclusive evaluation and helped me to begin the process. She remains my point-person throughout my PT treatment. On days where I had to come in earlier, Hannah was exceptional in her treatment and care. I even worked with Matt, on one occasion, and it was also a stellar experience. I can say, without question, this was the best physical therapy experience I have had to date. I appreciated each person's input and feedback as well as the reassurances I needed to hear when I was fearful I would hurt myself doing daily activities. Even the people who didn't work directly with me, like Mallory and Mr. Carson himself, were always on point to answer my questions or help me in any way they could. There is another person that is helping me deal with the insurance companies behind the scenes so I shouldn't forget to mention Toby. She was very kind with her time and shared a good deal of it with me to explain my benefits/ walk me through them and help me with the two different insurance companies I have to deal with on this. In short a great experience I would highly recommend when you need this kind of help. It

Really nice place to get my shoulder therapy done, everyone is nice, an helpful. Mallory has been awesome on getting my shoulder moving again, it's getting better after every visit. Most of the time I dread going to therapy, but I'm ready for my next visit to Carson Physical Therapy.

Amazing staff! From the front desk to all the working medical professionals! They all genuinely care about your progress and get to know you on a personal level. I have had an extremely positive experience with both Mallorie (sp) and Hannah. They are both extremely professional in their work by focusing on your progress (pushing you but not too much!). They also both get to know you on a personal level which makes the entire interaction a positive one and not so weird/transactional. I hope nobody has to use their services (usually means you sustained an injury), but if you must...this is absolutely the group to use!!!

I recently began physical therapy at Carson Physical Therapy and was lucky enough to have Matt Lincoln assigned as my therapist. Matt has always shown concern for my well-being and displays an abundance of knowledge, which helps to alleviate any concerns I have. Everyone I've had contact with at Carson's has been friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and uncluttered, yet filled with anything you might need to assist in your recovery.

Carson’s provides excellent treatment and guidance on what is needed to regain the ability to walk again following Total knee surgery. I had brought my mother years ago after she had knee surgery and now my mother walks and gets around better than she has in many years. She is now 75 years of age and can go on hikes,Swim, camp and enjoy all her outside activities. After I had to have surgery on my knee at 53 years old I knew exactly where I was going for therapy and the therapist I was hoping to request. Mallory is excellent at her job providing exercises needed to regaining the ability to walk again. While performing her guidance she talks and truly gets to know her patients. Mallory is truly the best physical therapist I’ve known and if anyone needs help regaining the ability to function after surgery give her a call.

They are outstanding in every way. This is my second time as a patient with them and I have seen great improvements both times. Mallory is my therapist - she's very knowledgeable, dedicated, makes every visit fun, but more important, I see RESULTS!! She even calls to check on me, so her customer/patient care is over the top. My 5 Stars goes out to everyone at Carson, but Mallory is amazing.!

I would highly recommend Carson Physical Therapy. The staff is wonderful! They show genuine compassion for their clients and provide expert care. Gavin was my therapist and she was phenomenal. Her treatment plan for the issue I was having really helped. She did a great job of explaining my issue in an easily understandable way. Along with how the treatment plan would help. She makes you feel very comfortable and you simply trust her. I’m sure this is the case with the other therapist there as well.

We have been coming to Carson’s Athletico for years. I’m a previous PT doubter until we found this place. They changed their name but same great providers. Have been seeing Mallory who is simply amazing and her hands have to be anointed. Have used Hannah too and she is wonderful as well. Just simply amazing how they know just what to do. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, desk staff know their stuff, right on top of billing and extending services. Therapists care and highly encourage home exercises, even though my husband (the patient) doesn't do them.
